Open a major global conference with a spectacle worthy of Foursquare Church’s centennial while preserving the emotional and spiritual meaning of its history.

The production needed to communicate a century of impact to a large arena audience, build excitement for the conference ahead, and make a historic institutional story feel immediate, accessible, and deeply personal.

Creative Approach

Rather than presenting the anniversary as a traditional historical retrospective, the show was structured as an authored journey through Foursquare’s legacy.

A scenic recreation of the historic Angelus Temple became the visual centerpiece of the arena. Original projected animations were mapped across the façade while music, narration, and vivid lighting unfolded around the audience.

Every element was synchronized to build energy and carry the story toward an emotional finale—turning the conference opening into a shared celebration of the organization’s past, present, and future.
